3. What to include

  • your name and the phone number or email used for your order;
  • your order number, if the complaint relates to an order;
  • a clear description of the issue and what you would like us to do;
  • any supporting photos or documents.

4. How your complaint is handled

  • Acknowledgement: we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and give you a complaint reference number and a copy of your complaint as recorded.
  • Resolution: we will aim to resolve your complaint within one month of receiving it, and will keep you informed of progress.
  • Outcome: we will tell you the outcome and the reasons for it in writing.

5. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been resolved, you can:

  • contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in;
  • file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
  • for complaints about personal data, approach the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with applicable law.

Using our grievance process does not affect your right to use any of these routes.
